Ryujin Hand Forged Miyamoto Musashi 1095 High Carbon Steel Wakizashi – T64990

£225.00

Miyamoto Musashi (宮本 武蔵, c. 1584 – 13 June 1645), also known as Shinmen Takezō, Miyamoto Bennosuke, or by his Buddhist name, Niten Dōraku, was a Japanese swordsman, philosopher, strategist, writer, and rōnin. He became famous for his unique double-bladed swordsmanship and undefeated record in 62 duels, the next closest being 33 by Itō Ittōsai. Musashi is revered as a Kensei, a sword-saint of Japan. He founded the Niten Ichi-ryū, or Nito Ichi-ryū, style of swordsmanship and authored The Book of Five Rings (五輪の書, Go Rin No Sho) and Dokkōdō (獨行道, The Path of Aloneness) in his later years.

Ryujin’s classic hand-forged swords are a homage to the legendary Musashi, crafted traditionally to honor his legacy.

These swords are acclaimed as the sharpest and most durable, available at any price point.
